What do you do if you are not happy with us?

Please write to us and include the following information:
- Your Name, Your Full Address, the PRRN (Ref Number of the EPC)
- The nature of your complaint and how you would like us to respond to your complaint.
- What you feel we could have done better.
- Please be clear whether the complaint is about the Inspector or the EPC.
- If you suspect Criminal activity notify the Police immediately

We will endeavour to respond to your written complaint within 10 days if possible, if you are not satisfied with our response please let us know and we will work with you further to arrive at a more suitable conclusion.
